Excellent stay. Went to Atlanta for a wedding. Room was immaculate-very clean, modern, and everything worked perfectly. Breakfast was very good, and they had bacon . Special shout out to Debbie and Vera at the front desk, both friendly, personable and professional. Service here at the hotel all around was very good, energy at the hotel is also very positive. Parking lot was safe, no break-ins. Great area, walking distance to a very popular Diner. Not too far from a Publix, like 10 mins driving to a Publix. Thank you Holiday Inn Express!
We had a very exceptional stay here. We are very used to our camper and having our own space (especially with 3 kids). We found the hotel to be exceptionally clean. The concierge staff was very friendly. Miss Debbie was at the front desk every money as we departed and she took the time to interact with our daughter who makes a point of greeting the front desk staff EVERY time we pass through. Miss Debbie’s names showing up so often in the reviews as well as the other positive notes is exactly why we chose to stay here versus trying to stay up in the city. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
In the area for work, pulled in pretty late but the front desk lady was so nice to use and very helpful. Rooms were very clean, room smelled very clean, bathroom was clean, nice towels. I had a good night rest something I needed asap after driving 9hrs.. thank you

The facility looks clean and the staff have complimentary snacks. I noted that there was an outdoor pool, not sure if there was an inside because we cancelled our reservation due to no first floor available rooms and the elevators were not working but a young man named Manny (Emmanuel) ensured that we got our refund and recommended a place that we could stay for the weekend. He was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. I will be calling Monday to call his manager to praise him.

It was a basic hotel. I was here for a class that was held in the hotel so it was helpful to be on site. The room was clean staff was nice. The location is kinda hidden google maps took us the back creepy way to get there, but it ended up okay.
The reason for the 4 was only because it should be stated on web when making reservations regarding elevator being still broken. Thanks to Debbie she solved for us. Everyone at that desk very friendly, except Vanny took him at least 10min to peak around corner off his lap top to see me standing waiting. Always with his laptop and feet up against wall. And we checked out and he still did not even put that in the system. No personality. Everyone else great!! Spotless hotel! Thank you for making it comfortable week.
